Squash & Zucchini

A quick easy way to cook squash or zucchini is just heat up a LITTLE olive oil in the pan (medium heat), slice your vegetable, and throw them in.  Don't cook them too long (45 seconds each side maybe) because you still want a little crunch.  I season them with just a little salt and pepper.  Easy!  Thanks mom for passing on your veggie cooking knowledge.
