Veggie & Bacon Omelet

This is something simple, but is a good way to get your dose of veggies and protein all jam packed into one delicious meal.  In this particular omelet I added spinach, bacon, bell peppers, garlic, onion, and cilantro, and a little cayenne pepper. YUM.  

Simple, easy, healthy, and delicious.  Can't go wrong!

As you can see you can also add some toast on the side SMOTHERED in butter like Kade =)
